"Driving at its Best" Mercedes-Benz Customer Workshop ¡V a Supplement to After-Sales Advantages

Mercedes-Benz owners learned more about how to get the very best out of their automobiles ¡V in terms of maintenance and driving ¡V at a special workshop organised by Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited and Zung Fu Company Limited.

When it comes to repair and maintenance, Mercedes-Benz' after-sales service is second to none. Recently, Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited and exclusive dealer Zung Fu Company Limited, joined forces to conduct a series of workshops focusing on hands-on techniques and maintenance tips. Entitled "Driving at its Best" , the Mercedes-Benz Customer Workshop is tailor-made for owners of S-Class, E-Class and C-Class.

One of the workshops was held in Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Training Centre on a Saturday morning and was basically a knowledge and experience sharing session. During a classroom session, experts with headquarters-approved qualification explained some key features of the models. This was followed by a PRO-SAFE%reg; video demonstrating Mercedes-Benz' developments in road safety and protection for drivers, passengers and pedestrians. Representatives from Zung Fu then introduced the Mercedes-Benz Service Centre and demonstrated its service scope. Participants learned about customised procedures for repairing and maintaining their vehicles subject to model and age or mileage.

The second part of the workshop was a real-life demonstration, in which experts showed participants how to maneuver a vehicle by interpreting dashboard signals, personalizing settings, igniting engines, utilizing blue-tooth interface, etc. There was also a question and answer session, so that participants could ask the experts direct.

The aim of the workshops was to broaden participants' perception of after-sales service and to enhance their day-to-day maintenance skills.

The atmosphere at the workshop was friendly and relaxed, and everyone enjoyed joining in the group discussion and sharing their knowledge and experience. At the end of the day, feedback from participants was very positive and an evaluation survey revealed that they found the workshop informative and beneficial. Refreshments and souvenirs also enhanced the function.

Both Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong and Zung Fu were pleased with the success of this initiative and aim to hold more workshops to meet and listen to customers. The valuable feedback serves as an important reference not only for upcoming activities but also for the future development and improvement of Mercedes-Benz after-sales service, a synonym for value-for-money!
