ExpressService Sure to Be A Huge Success A fast new Zung Fu service will allow customers to save precious time. In busy Hong Kong everyone is always looking for ways to maximise their time, making every single second of the day count. In recognition of this, Zung Fu has introduced an exciting new option - ExpressService - that streamlines its already-efficient services still further, cutting down on both customer waiting time and the process itself. Needless to say, this streamlining will not be at the expense of Zung Fu's legendary commitment to quality, a reputation earned over the past half century. Speedy work The new ExpressService will use a number of measures to speed up work, initially by separating jobs that need less than 90 minutes to complete. These tasks, such as replacing front brake pads, replacing light bulbs, or carrying out a simple service, will be undertaken in special work bays by skilled Zung Fu technicians, with a guarantee that the job will be finished within 90 minutes. ExpressService will be located in the Hung Hom Service Centre, and will feature new equipment, new signs and special new uniforms for the staff. The bays are located near the reception office, allowing customers to see the work in progress as they wait. Prices charged for ExpressService work are also clearly explained by technicians. ExpressService was first launched in Europe and proved to be an unqualified success with customers. In Hong Kong, a city that puts great emphasis on using time efficiently, it is certain to be received enthusiastically by Zung Fu customers.
