After-Sales Prize Presentation Zung Fu's After-Sales Division presented the prizes in a lucky draw on February 24 to winners who had taken part in a Customer Satisfaction Index survey. The presentation ceremony took place at Zung Fu's Hung Hom Service Center. Mercedes-Benz car owners who had taken part in the Customer Satisfaction Index survey - aimed at understanding more about customers' needs when it comes to after-sales service -- were entitled to enter the lucky draw. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited as well as the winning customers, who each won a pocket PC. A total of eight prizes were presented. Service managers with the After-Sales Divison also participated in the event, and seized the opportunity to talk to customers direct about Zung Fu's after-sales service. click to enlarge
