Zung Fu Xperience 2008 Sensational Track Test Driving Many a car enthusiast yearns for the thrill of driving freely on race track. Zung Fu gave them the chance to do exactly that with the Zung Fu XPERIENCE 2008 held on April 7-10 to offer them an incredible on-track experience and a golden opportunity to try out their driving skills. More than 200 participants attended the event, eager to seize the chance to test their track driving at Zhuhai International Circuit. Under Zung Fu's guidance, they drove a wide variety of Mercedes-Benz models, including the focus of C 63 AMG, S 350 L, C 200 K, C 280, C 350, E 280 and E 350, and were able to get first-hand experience of the thrill of track driving. Most of the participants were Mercedes-Benz owners, and they were keen to try out the various models. The new C-Class, which boasts a perfect combination of sporting dynamics and supreme comfort, was a popular choice. The E-Class, which is renowned for comfort and elegance, also attracted a lot of attention. Participants were eager to test-drive as many models as possible and to widen their experience of all the Mercedes-Benz models. One of the big attractions of the event was the newly C 63 AMG, which is equipped with a redeveloped AMG sports suspension and takes dynamism and performance to an all-new level. At the heart of this model is an AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine, giving peak output of 457 hp and 600 Nm. Drivers who took this new AMG race car on to the track were instantly impressed by its unbelievable response times. In Touch with Safety Features After savoring the sensation of doing laps on the track, participants underwent training in safe driving, including how to dodge obstacles and emergency braking. With guidance from professional instructors, they soon grasped the applications of Mercedes-Benz safety features, including the Brake Assist System (BAS), the Electronic Stability Program ESP® and the PRE-SAFE®. The training equipped them with the know-how to drive more safely on Hong Kong's busy roads. The climax of the Zung Fu XPERIENCE 2008, was a demonstration of taxi driving by professional instructor from England. All customers also impressed by their speed and handling. Karting Excitement In addition to the thrill of driving on the Zhuhai International Circuit, participants could also have some fun by joining a friendly match at the Zhu Hai Golden Apple Karting Club. Entrants took their karting seriously, jostling fiercely for position and providing a highly entertaining spectacle for onlookers. The Zung Fu XPERIENCE 2008 offered participants an interesting and varied experience.
