Major Revamp at Shatin Service Centre
Comfort and customer care have been taken to new levels of excellence at Zung Fu's Shatin Service Centre, which has undergone a major refurbishment.
The entire reception office at the centre has been rebuilt, allowing more space for customers who are waiting to drop off, or pick up, their vehicles. Stylish seating, elegant design and speedy service make it a comfortable place to spend time.
The office itself has incorporated Mercedes-Benz corporate identity requirements, meaning the distinctive logo of the famous marque has become an integral part of the design. The walls have Mercedes-Benz features, with the furniture and information counter obtained from official Mercedes-Benz suppliers.
More space
While customers are waiting, they can browse through the information catalogues on display: better utilisation of space has allowed more storage area for brochures and books. There is also a large meeting room for conducting meetings on customer care and technical issues, with ample room for computer equipment to transfer, or download, relevant data.
In the workshop area itself a total repaint of the premises has made for a brighter working environment. Within the facility, which originally opened since 1994, there are three paint booths, making it the largest of its kind in Hong Kong.
Entire range
The full-scale workshop has specialist technicians who work on the entire range of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, carrying out everything from routine service work to major overhauls.
Most customers tend to be people who live and work in the eastern part of the New Territories. The workshop is easy to reach by road, and located close to the KCRC railway.
A strong and loyal base of customers has already been build up in the past decade and Zung Fu expects business to grow further in the future.
