Terms & Conditions:
1. This service is applicable to Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car customers who are travelling via the Hong Kong International Airport for a period of 3 to 10 days*. Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays), 7am to 10pm.
2. Service is by appointment only, bookings must be made 48 hours prior to departure and flight details are required. Service subject to availability.
3. An administration fee of HK$600 would be applied for cars that stay with us for a maximum of 5 days, thereafter HK$100 per day will be charged (up to a maximum of total 10 days).
4. Customers must spend a minimum of HK$2,000 on fixed price products and/or services at Mercedes-Benz Authorised Service Centre.
5. The vehicle drop off counter is located at Regal Airport Hotel, 9 Cheong Tat Road, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong. The car must be tanked up with sufficient fuel  to be driven from/to the airport and Mercedes-Benz Hung Hom Service Centre.
6. Payment of the administration fee, the corresponding service and repair fee must be paid upfront, at one of our Service Centres or online.
7. Hourly parking fee may be levied if the vehicle pick-up time is more than 2 hours later than the actual scheduled time. A daily parking fee of HK$500 may be levied if the car is picked up after the 10th day.
