The 3.0-litre V6 twin turbo engine of the GLC 43 4MATIC is used in several AMG Performance vehicles. It drives the GLC 43 4MATIC from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and propels it to an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h. The AMG 3.0-litre V6 twin turbo engine is also characterised by a powerful output at low consumption and emission values.
Both turbochargers have been installed in the vicinity of the engine and respond particularly quickly. Elements including the charging pressure (increased to 1.1 bar) are responsible for the high output of 270 kW (367 hp). In conjunction with a torque of 520 Nm, available between 2,500 and 4,500 rpm, the engine is very dynamic and agile.
The 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission with shorter response times and the rear-axle based AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel drive form the basis for a particularly agile on-road driving experience.
