Last month, together with Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service (BOKSS) and our volunteers, we organised a "Career Exploration Journey Activity” for 18 underprivileged children in the "Child Development Fund (CDF)'' project at our Mercedes-Benz Brand Centre in Chai Wan.

Through a series of engaging activities — including a Mosaic Car Collage Workshop, visits to the showroom and workshop, and sharing sessions with our colleagues — participants experienced the full customer journey in just one afternoon. 

A big thank you to our Mechanic Supervisor Mr. Man Kwok Wai and Senior Product Expert Mr. Henry Ngai for giving a sharing on workshop tool applications and customer service experiences. This helped better contextualise automotive careers in simpler terms.
